RULES

1. In general, baked goods will be judged for appearance, crust condition, texture and flavor.

2. Entries are to be put in zip lock bag when possible. Example-Cookies, muffins, biscuits, candy, other entries can use clear wrap.

3. When necessary, baked goods will be opened for determination of texture and flavor.

4. Adult and Youth Foods-In all cake classes except decorated cakes, entries should be 1/2 a cake instead of a whole.

Junior Class – Thru 12
Senior Class – 13-19 Years
